There are four cornerstones for a successful project.
Research
Set the stage for success. Learning everything within the space is crucial for creating an effective plan and ensuring all goals are appropriate. This is achieved by client questionnaires and personal research.
Strategy
The meat of every project. Here I utilize research to develop an efficient and effective game plan. This stage defines the overall goals and needs, while also determining the measurable success of a project.
Execution
Put the plan into action. It is important to use all resources at hand and closely follow the guidelines set in the previous phases. Efficiency is key to ensure all deadlines are met.
Evaluation
Assume nothing, test everything. Evaluating the effectiveness and determining short and long term enhancements is crucial for continuing growth.
